1. Set the Date
Set the date of when you will retire and the app immediately calculates the time until retirement!

2. Add a Photo
Take a picture of yourself with the built-in camera or add one from the camera roll.

3. Share the Countdown
Tell your friends, family, and coworkers how long until retirement by sending an update via email or text message that includes a screenshot (email and Twitter only) of the countdown, as well as how many months, weeks, days, hours and minutes until you retire.

4. Schedule Alerts
My Retirement Countdown will send you alerts as often as you wish, to let you know how long until retirement. You can also set "Special Occasion" alerts to be notified exactly one year/month/week/day/hour before you retire!

My Retirement Countdown app good for

I like the ease and simplicity of this app. Like others, I downloaded a few and deleted them. However, I would LOVE to be able to include the time I get done on my last day. That would be more accurate and fun, especially the closer gets to my last day.
Simple, fun, easy to use. Just hope my employer does not see it!!
It does what it says it will do and is nicely designed. It would be nice if you could get the number of days to retirement as well as years, months, etc.
Good app on my iPhone, I would like a version that orients landscape for my iPad. Otherwise love the app.

Some bad moments

This should be a free-be. It is what it is, thought it would have a bit more to it!
Love this countdown package. Its nice to be able to personalize it with a photo. Love it.
I wish it would count down actual work days ( 5 per week) instead of calendar days. I had an app before that let you choose that option. Maybe you could add that ?
Great counter-helps with future planning, transition strategies.
I look forward to checking it at least every other day. Love the fact that I could personalize my page.
I do wish the photo could be bigger and also that it would count down seconds!
